We are a family centered company, comprised of great guys who work for us and with us, who we call family. Keeping it that way helps us provide the quality you want in your Home or project. We are very selective of our team so we can ensure our jobsites stay safe, clean, and professional. We value integrity in our work and follow all applicable standards and manufacturer guidelines.
MJF is operated by Mark and Jules. Jules handles the office and HR tasks, while Mark is in charge of day to day operation. Mark's background is in custom residential construction. Growing up the son of a contractor he developed an eye for quality. After years of working with various trades each summer for his dad, he found flooring. Specifically hardwood floors, starting out as the helper and working up the ranks till he started his own company and was off to the races. Over the years he has layed tile, carpet, lvt, vct, and more. Today we mainly focus on wood, carpet and lvt flooring projects.

INSURED
We are fully licensed and insured and carry W.C. insurance as well as commercial insurance on all of our vehicles. All of our guys have safety training and wear all recommended personal protective equipment. We only hire those who can pass a background check and drug test.
